Do you speak English?
Yes. From booking to adjusting the pressure mid-treatment, our team is happy to help you in English. Japanese is spoken as well.
How clean is it, really?
Hygiene is managed under Japanese supervision — towels, tools, and every room are held to the same standards you would expect at a salon in Japan.
Do I need to tip? Are there extra charges?
No. Every listed price already includes tax and tip. There is nothing extra to pay at checkout, and tipping is not expected.
Can I walk in without a booking?
We will welcome you if a seat is open, but we are often fully booked. A quick WhatsApp message ahead of time — even the same day — is the surest way. Note that Thai massage is by advance booking only.
How do I find you from my hotel?
We are steps from Dong Khoi Street, within easy walking distance of the Hilton Saigon and The Myst. If you get lost, send us your location on WhatsApp and we'll guide you in.
